В соответствии с особенностями фармакологических и клинических эффектов антидепрессантов предложены критерии их дифференцированного выбора при лечении депрессии с сопутствующими соматическими заболеваниями. На основе выделенных критериев, а также общих положений клинической фармакологии разработаны принципы проведения антидепрессивной терапии при наличии коморбидной соматической патологии, направленные на оптимизацию терапевтического процесса и предотвращение развития терапевтической резистентности.

Given the differences in the pharmacological and clinical effects of antidepressants, criteria for their differential choice in the treatment of depression associated with comorbid medical illnesses are suggested. Based on these criteria and general rules of clinical pharmacology, principles of antidepressant treatment in patients with comorbid medical illnesses aimed to optimize the therapeutic process and to prevent treatment resistance are developed.
