Рассматриваются факторы риска развития когнитивных нарушений у таких больных - полихимиотерапия, миелоаблативная и иммуносупрессивная терапия, тревожные и депрессивные расстройства, посттравматическое-стрессовое расстройство, астенический синдром. Отмечается, что этиологическая многофакторность данных расстройств диктует необходимость одновременно оценивать влияние психопатологическое состояния, нейропсихологического и неврологического статуса больных, протоколов лечения, показателей ЭЭГ, МРТ и их динамику.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides a review on cognitive impairment in patients with hematological malignancies before and after bone marrow transplantation. Risk factors for cognitive impairments in these patients, such as chemotherapy, myeloablative and immunosuppressive therapy, anxiety and depressive disorders, posttraumatic-stress disorder, asthenic syndrome were considered.
