В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с методологией изучения психологии родственников больных с хроническими заболеваниями. В сообщении 1 анализируется опыт использования и возможности применения концепции выгорания для описания процессов, происходящих с близкими больных соматическими и психическими расстройствами. Отмечается необходимость привлечения данного конструкта в качестве объяснительной модели, пригодной не только для понимания производственных, детско-родительских, но и тех, в широком смысле, родственных отношений, которые возникают в связи с потребностью в опеке какого-либо члена семьи. Прослеживаются социально-экономические и культурные условия, определяющие современные концептуализации последствий выгорания для описания переживаний родственников больных с хроническими заболеваниями. В сообщении 2 будут описаны те трудности, которые препятствуют проникновению концепции выгорания в область изучения психологии родственников аддиктивных больных.

The questions of methodology of studying of relatives of patients with chronic diseases are considered. Experience and possibility of application of burnout concept for relatives of patients with somatic, mental and addictive disorders is analyzed in the message 1. The need of implementation of this construct as the explanatory model for understanding of relationships connected with caregiving in family is noted. Social, economic and cultural conditions defining modern conceptualizations of consequences of burnout for relatives of patients with chronic diseases are traced. Challenges of implementation of burnuot construct into the area of research of addict’s relatives are described in the message 2.
