Являясь тяжелым психическим расстройством, деменция оказывает многофакторное неблагоприятное влияние на микросоциальное окружение больного. Целью бесповторного исследования 214 лиц, осуществлявших уход за больным с деменцией, явилось изучение их функционирования и определение социальной фрустрированности. Применены психометрический, социометрический, статистический методы исследования, метод социологического интервьюирования. Выявлены высокие показатели социальной фрустрированности у большинства лиц, ухаживающих за больными. Функциональная активность ухаживающих за тяжело больными достоверно ниже, выраженность стресса у этих лиц - выше.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Dementia causes a violation of the autonomy of the patient and determines the need for assistance from another person. Being a severe mental disorder, dementia has a multifactorial adverse impact on the social environment of the patient. The purpose of the non-repeated studies 214 persons engaging in patient care with dementia has been the study of their functioning and the social definition of their frustration. Applied psychometric, sociometric and statistical research methods, method of sociological interview. The high social indicators of their frustration, the majority of caregivers.
