Наблюдаемая в этих случаях неравномерность развития высших психических функций, иерархическое строение обнаруженных дефектов, нейропсихологические особенности, определяется, по мнению автора, отличают гиперкинетическое расстройство детского возраста от атонических форм умственной отсталости и других гипердинамических синдромов в широком спектре детской психопатологии, создавая модель специфического когнитивного дефицита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this review article, features of a specific cognitive deficit in children with hyperkinetic disorder are considered.
