Показано, что система фармакогенетических маркеров может быть использована для построения полигенных предиктивных систем предварительного прогноза эффективности и переносимости в рамках персонализации фармакотерапии аддиктивной патологии. Кроме того, указывается, что методы генной инженерии могут являться новым перспективным подходом к патогенетической терапии болезней зависимости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An overview of a number of research papers examines application of pharmacogenetic tests in narcology. It has been proven that a system of pharmacogenetic tests can be used for the development of a polygenic predictive system which can provide a preliminary forecast of effectiveness and tolerability of a treatment as part of the individualization of addiction pharmacotherapy.
