<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Personalizing patient care through the use of individual genome-wide information is one of the key challenges for psychiatry in the post-genomic era. Prognostic multivariate models incorporating polygenic risk scores (PGRS) seem to be a promising tool. The article discusses the potential of fully polygenic models, in which all predictors are represented as PGRS of the corresponding phenotypes, and models, in which the individual genetic information embedded in the PGRS is supplemented with epigenetic data.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>психическое расстройство</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd><kwd>полигенные баллы риска</kwd><kwd>многофакторные модели</kwd><kwd>эпигенетика</kwd><kwd>метилирование ДНК</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psychiatric disease</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd><kwd>polygenic risk scores</kwd><kwd>multivariate models</kwd><kwd>epigenetics</kwd><kwd>DNA methylation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Advancing our health: prevention in the 2020s — consultation document. https://www. gov.uk/government/consultations/advancing-ourhealth-prevention-in-the-2020s/advancing-ourhealth-prevention-in-the-2020s-consultationdocument#references.
