Современные подходы медицины направлены на профилактику и раннюю диагностику пограничных психических расстройств с целью оказания более эффективной и персонализированной помощи. Обследовано 87 человек, которые на основании предварительного обследования были разделены на лиц с низким и высоким уровнем нервно-психической устойчивости.</p><p>Результаты исследования показывают достоверные различия в показателях ЭКГ, ЭЭГ, речевого сигнала на психоактивирующее воздействие между этими группами. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для разработки нейроинтерфейса, имеющего в своей структуре возможность записи и обработки ЭКГ, ЭЭГ и речевого сигналов, что позволит осуществлять холтеровское мониторирование состояния психического здоровья, тем самым повысить процент верифицированной диагностики заболеваний невротического спектра.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the development and testing of methods for screening and diagnosis of risk factors for the development of neurotic disorders and their initial clinical manifestations. Modern approaches to medicine are aimed at the prevention and early diagnosis of borderline mental disorders in order to provide more effective and personalized care. 87 people were examined, which, on the basis of a preliminary examination, were divided into individuals with low and high levels of neuropsychics resistance. The results of the study show significant differences in the indicators of ECG, EEG, speech signal on the psycho-activating effect between these groups.
