В статье рассматриваются основные мишени для психотерапевтической работы с проблемами индивидуальной дезадаптации и партнерским стрессом, связанными с переживанием ревности. Выделены особенности формирования системы отношений и ранней привязанности, создающих почву для интенсивных переживаний ревности. Рекомендованы мишени для оценки привычного образа мышления и изучения его содержания, чтобы определить наличие предвзятости или предрасположенности, предложены альтернативные когнитивные стратегии. Представлены основные приемы и упражнения современного метакогнитивного направления когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии (КПТ).

The article considers the main targets for jealousy based individual maladaptation and couple stress psychotherapy. The main relationship system development features and early attachment types responsible for later intensive jealousy experiences are defined. The cognitive processing and biases assessment targets are recommended alternative cognitive strategies are proposed. The article presents main techniques and exercises of the metacognitive CBT model.
