Проведен обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы по современным диагностическим и лечебным алгоритмам постоянного постурально-перцептивного головокружения, нового диагностического синдрома, который объединяет ключевые особенности всех выделяемых ранее видов хронического субъективного головокружения и связанных с ним расстройств. В статье подробно освещены вопросы использования антидепрессантов и когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии.

The review of the native and foreign literature was conducted on modern diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms for persistent postural-perceptual dizziness, a new diagnostic syndrome that combines the key features of all previously identified types of chronic subjective vertigo and related disorders. In this article details there is a detailed description of the use of antidepressants and cognitive behavioral therapy.
