Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о гетерогенности и селективности когнитивных нарушений. Установлены взаимосвязи между генетической предрасположенностью к шизофрении и снижением темпа работоспособности, возрастом дебюта заболевания и степенью нарушений рабочей памяти, особенностями клинической картины и скорости выработки навыка, планированием, а также аккуратностью и проявлениями импульсивности. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об изолированности нарушений планирования и проблемно-решающего поведения. Нарушение проницаемости мембран нейронов может вносить вклад в патогенез нарушений памяти.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper focuses on cognitive functioning in patients with schizophrenia and factors that influence it, including clinical and demographic characteristics and levels of blood biomarkers (neuronspecific enolase and S100B protein). Results of the present study suggest heterogeneity and selectivity of cognitive impairment. Connections between genetic predisposition to schizophrenia and decreased speed of processing, age of onset and the degree of working memory deficits, clinical status features and the speed of skill development, planning, accuracy and impulsivity were established. It was found that the impairment of planning and problem-solving behavior was isolated from other domains.
