Приводятся сведения о различной пролактогенной активности антипсихотиков с выделением наиболее безопасных препаратов - арипипразола и зипрасидона. Обоснована необходимость коррекции уровня пролактина в процессе терапии антипсихотиками. Представлены алгоритмы для профилактики и мониторинга нейролептической гиперпролактинемии, а также основные принципы ее коррекции, в том числе с использованием агониста дофамина достинекса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents compelling evidence of the need to draw attention of physicians to the problem of neyroleptical hyperprolactinemia. The article provides information about different prolactogen activity of antipsychotics with the release of the safest drugs - aripiprazole and ziprasidone. Substantiates the necessity of correction prolactin levels during antipsychotic therapy.
