Когнитивные нарушения при трансплантации костного мозга (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященной когнитивным нарушениям, выявляемым у пациентов с заболеваниями системы крови до и после трансплантации костного мозга. Рассматриваются факторы риска развития когнитивных нарушений у таких больных - полихимиотерапия, миелоаблативная и иммуносупрессивная терапия, тревожные и депрессивные расстройства, посттравматическое-стрессовое расстройство, астенический синдром. Отмечается, что этиологическая многофакторность данных расстройств диктует необходимость одновременно оценивать влияние психопатологическое состояния, нейропсихологического и неврологического статуса больных, протоколов лечения, показателей ЭЭГ, МРТ и их динамику.
