Эпилепсия и криминальное поведение (обзор зарубежной литературы)

Аннотация

При эпилепсии возможны расстройства поведения, вплоть до криминального. Криминальные происшествия могут возникать в преиктальном, интериктальном, иктальном и постиктальных периодах, могут быть обусловлены нежелательными явлениями противосудорожных препаратов и другими факторами. Самое опасное постиктальное расстройство поведения, в том числе, в плане криминальных происшествий—постиктальный психоз.
Нередко людям с эпилепсией требуются опытные неврологи и юристы для разрешения криминальных ситуаций. Международной Противоэпилептической Лигой рекомендованы критерии для определения того, является ли конкретный акт криминального происшествия, совершенный пациентом с эпилепсией, результатом эпилептического приступа.
В целом, в диагностике криминального поведения при эпилепсии требуется криминалистически обоснованный, комплексный междисциплинарный подход, который объединяет нейропсихиатрические, нейропсихологические и психофизиологические методы, с учетом факторов риска и усугубляющих моментов.
