Применение антипсихотиков третьего поколения в сочетании с клозапином при терапии резистентной шизофрении

Аннотация
Целью исследования являлся анализ патогенеза и стратегий терапии резистентной шизофрении путем поиска, выбора и обзора публикаций, освещающих данную тему. В ходе работы было проанализировано 42 статьи, в результате чего удалось сделать вывод об эффективности и хорошей переносимости антипсихотиков третьего поколения у пациентов с резистентной шизофренией, принимающих клозапин, а также сформулировать заключение, что антипсихотики третьего поколения могут быть эффективны в таких случаях.
