Тревожные состояния у детей с гиперкинетическим расстройством
Аннотация
В статье обзорного характера раскрываются проблемы коморбидности гиперкинетического и тревожных расстройств. Показано, что рассматриваемые расстройства имеют общие этиологические и патогенетические факторы, а также клинические симптомы. Кроме того, терапия обоих патологических состояний имеет сходные мишени, что вызывает предположение о том, что гиперкинетическое расстройство и тревожные расстройства детского возраста можно назвать не просто сопутствующими, но и коморбидными.
