Механизмы развития лекарственной резистентности Психообразование: проблемы и направления исследований
Аннотация
Психообразовательные вмешательства для пациентов с шизофренией и их семей, как показано, имеют существенный долгосрочный эффект в плане влияния на ход болезни. Авторы проделали обзор научных журналов, индексированных в наиболее часто используемых поисковых системах. Психообразование варьирует в плане подходов и форматов: семейные, индивидуальные и групповые вмешательства, гибкие комбинированные подходы, вмешательства, улучшающие приверженность режиму приема лекарств и др. Показан растущий интерес к проблеме психообразования пациентов с шизофренией, дана широкая картина групповых форм вмешательств и подчеркнута необходимость дальнейших исследований и создания базы знаний.
