At the present time: Professor at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the Medical Faculty of St. Petersburg State University, Professor at the Department of Psychiatry at St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, currently at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov.

Before: 2000-2004 - Head the Department of Clinical and Physiological Disciplines at the Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology (ISPiP) of the International University of the Family and the Child. R. Wallenberg.

2001-2006 - Professor at the Department of Special Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, St. Petersburg State University.

The main scientific interests are experimental modeling of mental disorders, clinical and psychological aspects and treatment of addictive disorders, clinic and therapy of behavioral addictions, neurobiological and neuropsychological foundations of psychopathological conditions and deviant behavior.

Author of 500 publications, including 11 monographs, textbooks and manuals.
