Вероятностная диагностика биполярного аффективного расстройства: возможности и ограничения

Аннотация
В обзоре литературы представлены основные современные данные об эпидемиологии и социально-экономическом значении биполярного аффективного расстройства (БАР), рассмотрены трудности ранней диагностики расстройств биполярного спектра, предикторы биполярного течения аффективных расстройств и вероятностный подход к диагностике БАР, обсуждаются спорные вопросы диагностики смешанных аффективных состояний, применения потенциальных биомаркеров как для диагностики БАР, так и для дифференциальной диагностики униполярной и биполярной депрессии, а также возможные терапевтические подходы при вероятностной диагностике БАР.
