Расстройства биполярного спектра при эпилепсии

Аннотация

Взаимоотношения между расстройствами биполярного спектра и эпилепсией имеют очевидную коморбидность, схожие теоретические основы патогенеза и общие терапевтические подходы. При обоих заболеваниях отмечается высокий риск суицида, без лечения частота эпизодов биполярных аффективных расстройств (БАР) увеличивается, а светлые промежутки становятся короче, прогрессирование заболевания становится похожим на таковое у эпилепсии. Рассматриваются общие патофизиологические механизмы формирования эпилепсии и БАР и принципы лечения аффективных расстройств биполярного спектра у больных эпилепсией (БЭ).
