Транзиторные потери сознания как междисциплинарная проблема диагностики

Аннотация
Обзор посвящен вопросам классификации, диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики транзиторных потерь сознания. Описана патофизиология транзиторных потерь сознания. Сделано заключение, что критерии дифференциальной диагностики транзиторных расстройств сознания нуждаются в дальнейшей разработке и валидации. Проблема пароксизмальных расстройств сознания носит междисциплинарный характер и требует объединения усилий врачей разных специальностей для разработки единого алгоритма клинической, лабораторной и инструментальной диагностики, определения тактики ведения и правильной маршрутизации пациентов.
